Edinburgh and Lothian Trust Fund – General Fund new approach to grant making.

The Board has had to make some difficult decisions to sustain the longevity of the fund and its ability to provide support for individuals who need help, whilst focusing on developing more impactful and strategic relationships with other agencies. Increasing demand from an ever-growing number of organisations has made the current level of grant funding unviable.  Therefore, from Monday 9th June 2025, we will be working with a smaller group of organisations to maximise our impact.

The Trust is delighted to confirm that the following organisations have been selected to be our referring partners.

Bridges Project

Care Support Scotland

Caring in Craigmillar

CHAI (Community Help & Advice Initiative)

Changeworks

Edinburgh Council, Children and Families Social Work, (southeast locality only) based at Captain’s Road
